Terms of Service

In return for on-air exposure and promotional support, the Artist/Label hereby grants Popdesk Radio (“Popdesk”) a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publicly perform (i.e., “stream”) the Artist’s master recordings on Popdesk’s internet radio stations. “Stream” covers every method and platform, existing now or later, including but not limited to computers, tablets, smartphones, Apple TV, or any other music-streaming device.

The Artist/Label affirms that they have full authority to provide this license, having secured all required permissions, releases, waivers, and consents. They further authorize Popdesk Radio—along with its successors, assigns, and affiliated stations—to digitally broadcast or rebroadcast any master recording submitted to Popdesk. By granting this right, the Artist/Label releases Popdesk from the obligation to pay Sound Recording Copyright fees, costs, or royalties (including but not limited to payments to Soundexchange or any future digital rights royalty structures) for the use of these master recordings as part of a “Webcast,” whether alongside other Artists’ or Labels’ master recordings. Nothing in this agreement affects the Artist/Label’s right to collect Songwriter/Publishing fees through ASCAP, SESAC, and BMI.

This waiver applies to all master recordings submitted for play on Popdesk Radio’s internet stations. The Artist/Label may end this agreement at any time with 30 days’ written notice, addressed to Popdesk Radio at contact@popdeskradio.com.
